Major League Baseball gets things rolling this week.
Of 2011′s cellar-dwellers—Miami Marlins, Houston Astros, San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles, Minnesota Twins and Seattle Mariners—two stand a legitimate chance. But even if their best hitters, Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau, return to form, the Twins don’t have enough pitching. The Marlins have everything, including residing in a division depleted by injuries. The Philadelphia Phillies (Chase Utley, Ryan Howard), Atlanta Braves (Chipper Jones, Tim Hudson) and Nationals (Mike Morse, Drew Storen) all will start the season with two key players on the disabled list.
