Durant led Oklahoma City to a 4-0 record, including a win at Dallas, the team’s first win there since 2004. Durant tied Bosh for the league lead in scoring (31.5 ppg), and added averages of 8.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 2.5 steals (third in the West) and 1.5 blocks, leading the Thunder to its first playoff berth since the 2004-05 season. On April 4, Durant scored 40 points in a win over Minnesota and broke the franchise record for points in a season (2,258), passing Dale Ellis’ mark of 2,253 (1989-90). This is Durant’s third NBA Player of the Week award this season.
